This blog is OpenID enabled.

According to Wikipedia, OpenID is a decentralized single sign-on system. Using OpenID-enabled sites, web users do not need to remember traditional authentication tokens such as username and password. Instead, they only need to be previously registered on a website with an OpenID “identity provider” (IdP). Since OpenID is decentralized, any website can employ OpenID software as a way for users to sign in; OpenID solves the problem without relying on any centralized website to confirm digital identity.

Wordpress.com is the one of many openID provider. Many Indonesian bloggers who using wordpress.com has come to my blog. To facilitating wordpress.com users commenting on my blog, i installing an OpenID plugin. This plugin allow visitor only fill URL field with their wordpress.com blog URL (must be OpenID enabled URL) then write a comment. If it first time they commenting on my blog, when “submit comment” button pressed, they will redirected to “Trust this site with your identity?” page from wordpress.com. Select between three choices: “No”, “Yes; just this time” or “Yes; always”. If you choosing No, you will can’t send your comment to my blog. So, select between two “yes” if you want to send your comment to this blog. I prefer you to choosing “Yes; always”, so next time you will no need to decide yes or no anymore.
